• All attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the organisers

• Respectful behaviour towards staff, other participants and property is expected.

 

Admission / Entry / Stamp cards

• Tickets are compulsory for Achievers Arts students.

• Each child requires one ticket for entry, and each ticket is valid for one child only.

• Parents are not required to purchase the entry tickets. 

• By RSVP/purchasing of tickets, it shall entitle you to admittance to the event, subjected to the terms.

• Non-Achievers Arts students can purchase tickets onsite to join the activities.

• Achievers Arts will not be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen

Award Participants

• Only selected students will be awarded. 

• Awards are given to existing/past students who have been with Achievers Arts for more than 4 terms

• Our studio is not responsible for the loss of any awards after given to the awardees

• All decisions made by Achievers Arts management committee in all matters regarding the award participants shall be final and binding.

• All awardees are to arrive on time at their allocated time slot. 

• Any awardees who arrive late will not be permitted to come on stage. If so, awardees may collect their certificate at our collection booth.

 

Food & Drinks

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed except for bottled water.

 

Photography & Media

• By entering the event, visitors consent to be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing purposes.

• Our studios reserve the rights to use the images or recordings for future promotional materials.

 

Liability & Safety

• The carnival is not a drop-off event; parents are responsible for keeping track of their children's whereabouts.

• Respectful and Courteous behaviour is expected from attendees

• Our studios will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the event. 

• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents or damages that occur during the event.

• Our studios will not be held responsible for lost belongings. 

• Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times.

Cancellation / Changes

• Our studios reserve the rights to cancel, postpone, or modify the event 

• In event of cancellation, payment for tickets will be refunded into term credits for future terms.

• The event may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or other emergencies. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly.

• The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or format of the event. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

• The organisers are not liable for any expenses or inconveniences caused by changes or cancellations of the event.

• Some games & activities may require more than one token

• If you would like to play more games/activities, purchases of extra stamp cards are available on site.
